01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
The courts have sat behind the Matthaei Physical Education Center since the building went up. A brick facade and individual court scoreboards were added in 2011, and alumni can name the courts. In fall 2023 they were rebuilt so the men's and women's teams can host matches outdoors or indoors, and two courts made way for four pickleball courts. New spectator seating followed in 2024, and Wayne State windscreens went up that September.
