Make time for these
This bike shop and tour outfit has been running out of Cullen Plaza on the Detroit RiverWalk since 2008. The team leads public tours on architecture, auto history, music, and even a haunted-history route nearly every weekend from spring through fall. Private tours are available too, and co-founder Kelli Kavanaugh herself leads the Corktown route.

How to book and where to meet
Book public tours on the website; private tours need at least seven days' notice and a fifty-dollar non-refundable deposit. The shop is open Wednesday through Monday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
