Wheatland Music Organization holds Traditional Arts Weekend on its own festival grounds, and 2026 was the 38th annual edition. It offers more than 80 workshops in traditional dance, music, crafts, singing and instruments, with evening performances and square, contra, swing and Cajun dances. Free primitive camping is available for participants.
