01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
Held for the fifth time in 2026, it's the White Lake edition of the Walk the Beat nonprofit's festivals, with rock, folk, blues, pop and other local bands. Bands compete for studio time or cash, a slot in the Nuveen Arts Council summer series and a Coast Guard Festival parade float, and a raffle supports youth music education and local nonprofits.
