Vivent Health's Metro Detroit location, Southeast Michigan's comprehensive HIV service provider, was created in 2024 when UNIFIED – HIV Health and Beyond merged into Vivent Health. The Highland Park clinic offers HIV medical care, primary care, PrEP, 72-hour PEP and an on-site pharmacy, along with free HIV, STI and hepatitis C testing. Social services include case management, food and nutrition help, housing assistance and harm reduction. The team also runs regular HIV/STI testing clinics at Affirmations in Ferndale.
