Make time for these
Theatre Nova launched its first season in 2015 and has produced nothing but new plays since: world premieres, rolling world premieres and Michigan premieres. The company also helps playwrights develop their work. Home is “the Yellow Barn” at 410 West Huron Street. Every show has pay-what-you-can tickets, which keeps prices among the lowest in the state. Season 12 (2026-27) opens with the period comedy Maestro, September 25 to October 18, 2026, and the annual holiday panto brings the world premiere of Grumpelstiltskin, December 4, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
