Designed by C. Howard Crane, the Majestic opened on April 1, 1915 as one of the world's largest movie theatres and has been an independent concert house since the mid-1980s, holding 1,100 standing or 400 seated. It shares a complex with the Magic Stick, Sgt. Pepperoni's pizzeria and the Garden Bowl, the oldest active bowling alley in the US, owned by the Zainea family since 1946.
