What’s it like to stay here?

This hotel sits on South State Street next to Briarwood Mall, a quarter mile off I-94 exit 177 and about 2.3 miles from Michigan Stadium. It started as a Hilton inn, later ran as the Kensington Court, and in 2016 the local Graham Hotel System renovated it for $4.5 million, renamed it and moved its address from 610 Hilton Blvd to State Street. It calls itself a preferred hotel of University of Michigan Athletics and says it has Ann Arbor's largest indoor hotel pool, plus a sauna, whirlpool and fitness room. Relish next door handles breakfast, dinner and room service, and more than 10,000 sq ft of event space, including a ballroom for up to 500, makes it a big wedding and conference venue.
