Make time for these
The Beaverton Gem opened on October 1, 1940 and is still the downtown movie house of this small town. It closed for renovation in March 2016 and was back in business by November 2018. It plays one current film at a time in its 302-seat house; from September 25 to October 8, 2026 that's Forgotten Island. In its own words, it has been a pillar of the community since the 1940s.
