The venue is co-owned by Commongrounds Cooperative, musician Jeff Haas and Crosshatch Center for Art & Ecology; the room converts from club seating (60–80) to 150 seated or 180 standing and is known for its wavy wooden ceiling and high-end sound. Programming includes a jazz series, touring roots and funk acts, comedy and film, with a full bar serving beer, wine and cocktails.
