Make time for these
Studio C! opened on October 31, 1986 as AMC's Meridian 6 at the Meridian Mall in Okemos. AMC closed it in September 2011, and Celebration Cinema reopened it on December 10, 2012 as Studio C. The chain used it as a testing ground for food, drink, reserved seating and service ideas, a real-world lab for the whole company. In early 2026 it hosted the final Lake Michigan Film Festival. Celebration has announced that Studio C will close on October 4, 2026, and is pointing guests to Celebration Cinema Lansing.
