Straits Pride is a nonprofit that organizes LGBTQ+ events around the Straits of Mackinac and St. Ignace. Its flagship is the Mackinac Island Pride Festival, held every September since 2022; the fifth edition ran September 17–20, 2026. Through the year it also puts on smaller seasonal events, such as a National Coming Out Day hayride.
