Sedona Taphouse is a Virginia-born chain that Dennis Barbaro started in Midlothian with 50 taps and hundreds of bottles, and it now has two Michigan spots, this one at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi. Beer is still the draw, backed by cocktails, a wine list and full New American entrees. There's brunch on Sundays and a weekday afternoon happy hour. The chain's Dine Out for Charity program has given more than half a million dollars to local charities.
