The ROCK Family Office, formerly Rock Ventures, is Dan Gilbert's family office and the connective tissue for more than 100 entities in the Rock Family of Companies. It all started with Rocket Mortgage, which Gilbert founded in 1985; that success built a family of companies based in Detroit and Cleveland that includes an NBA championship team. ROCK says it has deployed more than $7 billion of capital across the two cities.
