What’s it like to stay here?
It opened in October 2015 as part of First Martin Corporation's $20 million mixed-use project and is run by First Hospitality. It stands on West Huron Street, on the site of the former Ann Arbor visitors bureau building and the old Greyhound depot. All 110 units have kitchens (studios, one-bedrooms and 15 corner 'panoramic' suites), with a heated indoor pool, a gym and free breakfast downstairs. Renovated in spring 2025, it suits longer stays for hospital visits, graduations and campus business.

Getting there
We couldn't verify parking or the pet policy, so ask when you book. Main Street's restaurants are a block away, so you won't need the car for dinner.
