AMC opened it on October 27, 1989 as the AMC Laurel Park 10 and shut it down in October 2009. Michigan-based Phoenix Theatres upgraded it and had it back open by December 2009. Today all ten auditoriums have reserved, heated reclining seats, 1,094 in total, and you can grab a beer or a glass of wine for the movie. Assisted listening and closed captioning are available. Between September 26 and October 1, 2026 the lineup includes Spider-Man: Brand New Day and Practical Magic 2.
