Make time for these
Pegasus Tavernas runs two restaurants, one in Greektown and this one on Jefferson Avenue in St. Clair Shores, near Lake St. Clair. The family says it has been running the business for more than 40 years, cooking Greek food the way yiayia would. The big show is the flaming saganaki, kasseri cheese set alight at the table to a chorus of "Opa!" Add a fresh Greek salad and the lamb chops and you've got a proper Greek family dinner.
