Make time for these
OutFront Kalamazoo is southwest Michigan’s LGBTQIA+ community center, formerly the Kalamazoo Gay Lesbian Resource Center, and is described as the second-largest in Michigan. It runs a free lending library, provides gender-affirming products and helps people navigate housing. Its regular groups include a Trans Hiking Club, the Black Queer & Trans Alliance, the Seasons group for people 50 and over, and a tabletop gaming afternoon for ages 11–18 at the Kalamazoo Public Library’s central branch. The center also organizes Kalamazoo Pride and sponsors a softball team.
