Founded in 2009 as Detroit's original beer-tour company, this outfit has run bus, walking, boat and bike tours to breweries, cideries and meaderies around Eastern Market and Metro Detroit. One of their known offerings is the Detroit Beer History walking tour, built around owner Stephen Johnson's own book. As of our 2026 check, neither motorcitybeer.com nor their linked Eventbrite page showed current, bookable public tour dates, so we couldn't confirm these walks are still running.
