The Miss Gay Michigan America Pageant is the state preliminary for the national Miss Gay America drag pageant. It fills a full evening with gowns, talent numbers and lip-sync performances. The venue changes from year to year; the 2025 edition was held on May 10 at the DoubleTree hotel on the Detroit–Dearborn line.
