Milk & Froth is a Detroit-born ice cream maker that skips the premade base: every flavor starts as its own recipe, cooked and pasteurized in its Eastern Market production kitchen before it's churned. Citrus gets peeled, corn gets shucked and herbs steep right into the batch. There are dairy and vegan options. Besides the downtown scoop shop there's one in Ann Arbor, and pints show up in grocery freezers around metro Detroit.
