The Michigan Theatre is the Streamline Moderne downtown movie house of South Haven, a resort town on Lake Michigan. Cinema Treasures puts it at 992 seats. Today it's a three-screen cinema showing first-run films, operated by Moore Theatres. Moore is an independent southwest Michigan chain with cinemas in Battle Creek, Coloma, Niles, Otsego and South Haven. In late September 2026 the Michigan was showing Forgotten Island, Heart of the Beast and Resident Evil.
