It started in 2014 with a single room and has grown to about half a dozen games. You can hunt Bigfoot, reverse a curse, recover your memory after a government experiment or get out of a warehouse before your kidnapper comes back. The headliner is The Elevator, a car stuck after a power surge that lurches around while you work. Every booking is private, and the owners say only about one in four groups escapes, so bring your A game.

Book online; every game is private, rooms take 3 to 10 players, and you have to buy at least the room's minimum number of tickets. Bigger crowds (12 to 52-plus) can run a competition across several rooms. It's at Van Dyke and 27 Mile in The Pantry restaurant's plaza, and flat shoes are a must for The Elevator.
