Michigan ElvisFest has brought Elvis tribute artists together since 2000, first for years at Riverside Park in Ypsilanti and since 2022 at the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Belleville. Tribute artists play Friday evening and all day Saturday, with vendors, raffles and kids' activities on the side. The 25th edition ran July 12–13, 2024; since then the nonprofit has staged smaller tribute shows, such as 'Rock A Hula Baby' on May 17, 2026 at the Van Buren Eagles Club.
