The Marlene Boll Theatre is the performance hall of the downtown Boll Family YMCA on Broadway, a short walk from Grand Circus Park. It doesn't produce its own shows; it's a rented home stage for Detroit companies that don't have a house. In June 2026 Plowshares Theatre Company staged the world premiere of Candido Tirado's Roberto Clemente: A Diamond Within here. Detroit Dance Collective holds its fall, winter and spring concerts here in 2026–27: November 14, 2026, February 13, 2027 and May 15, 2027.
