Lotus Brew is a queer-owned coffee shop and alcohol-free bar in Grand Rapids' East Hills that bills itself as the city's queer dry bar. Its library includes LGBTQIA+ and banned books, and there are board games and mocktails on hand. It moved to a larger space on Diamond Avenue in July 2024 and hosts regular queer socials, including the GR Trans Foundation's “Cheers, Queers!” nights.
