The International Banquet & Conference Center sits in Greektown's International Center Building, right next to the Atheneum Suite Hotel. Its rooms handle everything from a 10-person business meeting to a 900-guest gala, and the Grand Ballroom looks out over the downtown skyline. The 8th-floor Beaubien Room holds 50 to 250, and the first-floor French Quarter seats 70 for dinner. Events are run by Sophie Plastiras, who has more than 30 years in banquets, and pastry chef Danny Patton trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
