Ice Cream Detroit churns its ice creams and sorbets in small batches at its flagship shop on Second Avenue in Midtown. The twist is the case of liquor-infused flavors for the 21-and-up crowd sitting right next to the non-alcoholic classics. They also run seasonal flavor-making experiences for adults where you build your own scoop, plus private classes from October through March for groups of 20 or more. Planning a party? They cater with a 100-scoop minimum.
