What’s it like to stay here?
Weils-Cohan Associates designed it in an old-world French style, and it opened in 1966. Local investors redeveloped and reopened it in 2007, and a full remastering of the rooms and public spaces wrapped up in 2020. There are about 125 rooms, the BLVD Lounge with its round bar in the gallery, and a Grand Ballroom that holds up to 350 guests, with wedding packages on offer. Martin Luther King Jr. and Mick Jagger both stayed here. Walk over to the Fisher Building, the Fisher Theatre and Cadillac Place, or catch the QLINE at Grand Boulevard.
