What’s it like to stay here?
It went up in 1899, during the railway resort boom, and today it's the only hotel left in downtown Petoskey's Gaslight District. For decades it was Stafford's Perry Hotel; Jon and Lauren Cotton of Grosse Pointe bought the Stafford's Hospitality hotels and restaurants in a sale announced in November 2023, and the hotel went back to its original name, Hotel Perry, as part of their Cotton Collection. Breakfast comes with bay views in the H.O. Rose Dining Room, and downstairs the Noggin Room Pub pours local beer with live music on select nights. Event spaces hold up to about 225 guests.

Getting there
Self-parking is free but first come, first served, so don't roll in too late. Breakfast isn't automatic: add it to your stay or pick a package that includes it. Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am.
