Make time for these
Fogo de Chão started in southern Brazil in 1979 and is now a Dallas-based chain with more than 100 restaurants. The Troy location sits on West Big Beaver Road a few minutes from the Somerset Collection. Servers carve fire-roasted meats tableside, and the dining room shows off an open grill plus a 10-foot bas-relief based on Antônio Caringi's famous gaucho statue, O Laçador. There's group dining for company dinners and an all-day happy hour at Bar Fogo Monday through Thursday.
