EveryHuman Detroit is the local outpost of Algorithmic Perfumery, a Dutch-born system that turns your answers to a few questions into a custom scent mixed on the spot. It was dreamed up by artist-technologist Frederik Duerinck and scent designer Anahita Mekanik, and the machines are built in Breda, the Netherlands. The Detroit studio sits in the Hudson's Detroit tower, across from The Department at Hudson's and Pine Hall. Walk in to make a bottle for yourself, or book ahead for team building, birthdays and other group outings.
