Eddie V's Prime Seafood opened its Troy restaurant on June 19, 2017, on Big Beaver Road just east of Somerset Collection North. It's a sister to The Capital Grille, seats 267 and serves dinner nightly. Seafood leads the menu, from Chilean sea bass to cold water lobster tails, backed by an oyster bar and hand-cut steaks. The V Lounge has a stage for live jazz and blues, and there's private space for business and charity dinners.
