Corktown Health is an LGBTQ+-focused health center founded in 2017. It offers primary medical care, PrEP and PEP, HIV services, behavioral and oral health care, insurance navigation and a food bank. Besides the Corktown clinic on Howard Street, it has a second location in Hazel Park. Community programs include the Wednesday Walkers 'n' Wheelers group and an annual autumn gala.
