Cold As Hell is a winter event program from LGBT Detroit that links the leather and fetish community with HIV awareness and stigma reduction. It focuses on Black leather culture and includes education on consent and safety. The sixth edition returned in person on February 20–22, 2026, at HALO Bar & Lounge, LGBT Detroit's building and Olympus Hall/The Detroit Eagle.
