Cibo is the restaurant inside the Cambria Hotel Downtown Detroit on West Lafayette, and it doesn't stick to one cuisine: think seasonal produce, global influences and playful takes on classics. Plates are built to land in the middle of the table so everyone gets a taste. Executive Chef Rich Williams, who trained at the JW Marriott Grand Rapids, buys from local farmers and urban growers. Thursdays bring happy-hour cocktail and beer prices.
