01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
Chelsea Sounds & Sights began more than four decades ago and is organized through the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce. Live bands play the Social Commons tent both evenings and Saturday afternoon (2026: Magic Bus, The Square Pegz, Ben Daniels Band, The Crasherz and others), surrounded by a classic car show, art market, chalk art, kids' and teen zones and GIG – The Art of Michigan Music, a show of Michigan concert photography, gig posters and album art. Admission became free in 2026.
