Celebration Cinema Lansing opened on October 30, 1998 with 18 screens, designed by Mark Post of Post Associates. On November 25, 2003 it grew to 20 screens, adding an IMAX theatre plus D-Box and THX auditoriums. It's the Lansing area's IMAX venue, and its C Premium XL auditorium pairs dual 4K laser projection with Dolby Atmos. There are D-Box motion seats and recliners too, and you can reserve your seat ahead.
