CAVA – Downtown Detroit

Fast-casual Mediterranean spot on Woodward for build-your-own bowls, pitas, dips and house-made juices, open since September 2025.

01 / The story of this place

Make time for these

CAVA is the fast-casual Mediterranean chain where you build your own bowl or pita. Its Detroit location opened on September 26, 2025, in Bedrock's headquarters building at 636 Woodward, just south of the First National Building. It was the chain's second Michigan restaurant after Canton. The lineup covers bowls, pitas, pita chips, dips and house-made juices, which CAVA says add up to more than 17 billion combinations, and a separate counter handles digital order pickups.
