Make time for these
Campus Martius is one of downtown Detroit’s central public spaces. Its story reaches back to city planning after the 1805 fire, while its modern park form is part of downtown’s renewal. Summer gathering areas and winter skating give it very different seasonal identities. Surrounded by office buildings and busy streets, it changes rhythm between workdays, weekends, and special events.
