The Boardwalk Theatre is Thumbcoast Live Theaters' largest venue, a 12,000-square-foot, 370-seat theatre in downtown St. Clair. St. Clair is a riverfront town just upriver from the company's Marine City stages. The house was built to handle big-name musicals while keeping an intimate feel, with a fly system, projection and modern sound. In fall 2026 Chicago runs September 26 through October 11, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is also on the fall bill.
