01 / The story of this place
Make time for these
Bedrock started in 2011 as a property management company in Detroit; its first buy was the old Madison Theatre Building, now The Madison. It has since become one of the developers shaping downtown, with offices, retail, apartments, hotels and parking decks, and it works in Cleveland too. Bedrock belongs to Dan and Jennifer Gilbert's ROCK family of more than 100 organizations and is behind Hudson's Detroit on the old department store site. Contact them about leasing, opening a shop or filming.
