The Detroit story
Galloway, who went undrafted out of Saint Joseph's and built his career from two-way and short-term NBA contracts, signed a three-year deal with Detroit as a free agent in July 2017. He spent three seasons with the Pistons as a reliable guard off the bench, providing outside shooting and ball-handling depth at Little Caesars Arena. After his Detroit contract ended in 2020, he continued his NBA career with other teams and later played professionally in Italy.
