Bill Heid Trio

Bill Heid is a Pittsburgh-born keyboardist and vocalist with an international career spanning the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, and Asia. He lived in Japan and China for several years and performed alongside jazz and blues legends like Sonny Stitt, Grant Green, and John Lee Hooker. Active in Detroit’s blues scene, he appeared on numerous local recordings. His show at Cliff Bell’s featured an authentic blend of jazz and blues with organ-driven sound. The concerts took place at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., with doors opening early for dinner and seating arranged before each set.
