“Cheers, Queers!” A Non-Alcoholic Meetup

“Cheers, Queers!” was a laid-back, welcoming meetup co-hosted by GR Trans Foundation and GR Pride Center, providing a space for West Michigan’s Trans and Queer folks to catch up and meet new friends. The event took place at Lotus Brew Coffee Dry Bar, where attendees could enjoy a full menu of mocktails, espresso drinks, and more, all non-alcoholic. Open to anyone 18 and over, the meetup encouraged coming solo or with friends. Vegan brownies were available, and accessibility was a priority with ramp access and all-gender restrooms. Guests were invited to support the local business by purchasing drinks, while entry was free.
