Catalyst Training Center hosted Queerly Embodied, designed especially for the trans community but welcoming all queer folks. The day started with a warm welcome, followed by Sabrina leading a Functional Range Conditioning workshop about mobility and strengthening your body. Then came a supportive full-body movement class. Later, Lindsey guided a high-energy WERQ dance fitness session. The event closed with calming breathwork led by Candace Lefke. Throughout the day, attendees could take part in gender-affirming haircuts, binder fittings with the Grand Rapids Trans Foundation, nail painting, Pride march sign-making, and enjoy snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Catalyst Training Center organized the event with support from the Grand Rapids Trans Foundation.
