DeSean Jones

De’Sean Jones, a saxophonist from Detroit and Grammy-nominated arranger, has charted on Billboard and toured extensively over the last 20 years. He’s shared the stage with music icons like Stevie Wonder, Faith Evans, and Detroit legends such as Marcus Belgrave, The Clark Sisters, Kierra Sheard, and techno innovator Mad Mike Banks. As a bandleader and producer, his style mixes progressive elements with deep roots in black cultural history, pushing social consciousness through emotional and intellectual music. This concert took place at Detroit’s Cliff Bell’s with a $15 entry fee at the door. Jones’s musical projects are released through his label, KNMDK Records.
