Sunday Brunch w. Jarrod Champion

Jarrod Champion is a self-taught pianist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist from a Detroit suburb. Growing up in a musical family, he started in rock and rolled through jazz, blues, and traditional country/folk scenes around Detroit. He’s especially connected to early New Orleans jazz, blues, and soul, all while carrying a smoky, bar-room romanticism. Jarrod has played with numerous Detroit groups and toured nationally and internationally. Beyond live shows, he’s an active studio musician, writes music for stage, film, and video productions, and performs original music across genres under his own name in top Detroit venues and beyond.
