Jeff Cuny Trio

Jeff Cuny recently finished his graduate degree in jazz studies at Wayne State University and is a standout string bassist in Detroit's jazz scene. He's the chief arranger and bassist for the Planet D Nonet and performs locally with Tbone Paxton and the Rhythm Society Orchestra. On this night at Cliff Bell’s, he played with guitarist David Dunham, delivering an engaging jazz set that started at 5:30 p.m. and lasted about three hours. There was no cover charge for the event.
