Alexis Lombre at Cliff Bell’s

Alexis Lombre focuses on the emotional core of music rather than just its sound. Her 2017 debut album, Southside Sounds, reflects her upbringing in Chicago's southside through original compositions that honor the area's rich artistic heritage. She’s performed at major jazz venues and festivals across cities like Chicago, Detroit, and New York, and has worked with prominent jazz artists. On July 25, 2018, she brought her creative, soul-driven piano jazz to Cliff Bell’s in Detroit. Known for pushing musical boundaries, Alexis also composes for theater productions.
